U2’s 360° tour is in Denver today. The Dublin band is playing at Invesco Field at Mile High (the Bronco’s stadium.) The picture here is of the set, affectionately nicknamed “The Claw.” The show is a world-wide event that either has, or will, visit most of Earth’s major cities. The phenomenon started in mid 2009 in Barcelona, Spain, and will end mid 2011 in Moncton, New Brunswick (Canada.)
Unfortunately, this show has been sold out for months. I didn’t even hear about it until it had been sold out for two weeks. =( But, I will be watching the concert footage that the band is generous enough to make available for free. =) I recommend you do the same.

It’s by far the most intricate concert set I’ve ever seen… It even has sound equipment and video screens that drop down to enable concert goers farthest from the stage to see the band at a larger than life scale =)
